All deliveries are done by our internal resources on specified days. All orders are transported by refrigerated van or truck to ensure everything remains frozen.

Although we do not offer returns on a perishable product we have a comprehensive customer satisfaction policy.

All of our meat products are flash frozen upon processing to preserve freshness and delivered to you in the same condition.
This can be normal in hot months as long as not completely defrosted your meat is safe to put into the freezer. If completely thawed contact customer support.
All products are vacuum sealed for maximum freshness. Then boxed in cardboard boxes with insulating materials depending on the season and then delivered to your door from our refrigerated vehicles.
All packages will be fine same day even in the hottest months. We ensure it is insulated to protect it for that portion of time.
All of our meat is processed and packaged by provincially inspected facilities within your delivery region.
Health Canada claims 10-12 months for maximum freshness. With our vacuum packs you can expect to achieve that minimum and in our experience even longer under most circumstances.
Currently for all Alberta orders they ship from our warehouse and sorting facility located just outside of Calgary, Alberta.
All of our beef are grass fed and grain finished.
No we do not we operate off our ranch and are a full delivery service.
